What We're About
Pantheon Fellowship finds exceptional students and helps them build and launch real vertical AI products that solve problems people actually care about—products that genuinely change the world.
In Short
Pantheon Fellowship is a highly selective program for students aged 18–25 who want to build, not just learn about, AI.
You won't just study AI theory here. You'll ship a vertical AI platform in a real domain—finance, career growth, or another area where AI can genuinely help people. You'll have mentors who've been there. You'll work with structure that mirrors how real startups operate.

We want to help create a generation of student-founders and builder-researchers who launch vertical AI platforms capable of real impact.
Pantheon operates almost like a non-profit. We're not motivated by revenue—we care about excellence, impact, and long-term change.

Pantheon is intentionally selective. That's the point.
How It Works
We work with individual students, teams, and universities.
Path 1: Individual Students or Teams
You apply. If you're promising, you get access to a curated learning track on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Then you build something. A real project. We evaluate it based on:
- › How clearly you understand the problem
- › How deeply you've thought it through
- › Whether it could actually work
Only those who meet our bar get invited into the Fellowship.
Path 2: Colleges & Educational Institutions
We partner with forward-thinking colleges and universities to bring Pantheon directly to your campus.
We run an intensive GenAI + Agentic AI workshop for your students—hands-on exposure to the latest in AI technology and product thinking. After the workshop, every participant can submit a project.
The most promising candidates—those who demonstrate clarity, depth, and execution potential—are selected into the Pantheon Fellowship cohort.
Inside The Fellowship
What You'll Learn
Every fellow gets hands-on experience with:
Team Formation
We encourage you to find teammates. Identify who complements your skills. Form a small, high-trust team. Learn what it's like to have a real co-founder.
We treat collaboration as a skill you develop, not something that just happens.
Stage 1: Selection & Alignment
Application → Learning → Proof of Work
You'll watch curated AI content. Attend a live bootcamp. Build an independent project. Get evaluated on what you made.
Only the most capable move forward.
Stage 2: Build & Launch
This is where it gets real.

Equity & Ownership
(We're Transparent About This)
You own what you build.
Pantheon doesn't take equity by default.
If your team decides to keep going and wants deeper, long-term support from us—scaling help, execution guidance, all of it—we may take up to 25% equity.
That's optional. It's consensual. And it only happens after you've launched.

After The Fellowship
You become part of the Pantheon Alumni Network for life.
Pantheon isn't a one-time program. It's an ecosystem you grow with.
What We're Focused On Right Now
Your background doesn't matter. Your drive does.
BBA student? MBA? B.Tech? Electrical Engineering? Commerce? Liberal Arts? It doesn't matter.
You don't need a technical background. You don't need to know how to code. What you need is curiosity, the willingness to learn, and the discipline to build something real.
We'll teach you what you need to know. You bring the hunger to create.

Career Growth
AI systems that understand career paths, skill gaps, and opportunities—tools that help people navigate jobs, build skills, find mentors, and make better career decisions.
These aren't random choices. Finance and career growth affect everyone. Get them right, and you change lives.
We're starting here. But we won't stop here. Once we've built great products in these spaces, we'll expand into healthcare, education, climate, and other areas where AI can make a real difference.
